Privacy Policy
IMA respects the privacy of its online visitors.
IMA does not sell, trade, or share your personal information, collected on the website or through any other business activities with IMA staff. We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) from individuals without their knowledge. Visitors may use our site freely without identifying themselves.
IMA collects some personal information on our website for specific reasons. Examples include volunteer applications, job applications, and other e-mail alerts. The personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) collected for these services is only used for the purpose for which the information was provided.
IMA also collects personal information from offline sources such as printed student and volunteer applications, event registrations, donations, etc. Personal information collected in this way will also not be used for anything other than its intended purpose, unless the individual elects to receive other information by indicating that choice on the printed form.
IMA will not send you mailings on behalf of other organisations.

Cookies and Other Technical Information We Gather
The IMA website uses cookies. When cookies are used, they do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to our website.
IMA does have access to certain technical information specific to the computers of our website visitors. This information is collected in general log files and cannot be traced back to specific users. Examples of the information we collect in this manner include a visitor’s internet protocol (IP) address, the type and version of web browser used, the type of computer operating system used, and the website from which the visitor was referred to our site. If you would like to receive our monthly newsletter, you can subscribe at the bottom of any page; look for the Subscribe to IMA via Email box. To opt out of one or more of our electronic or print mailing lists, please use the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our email communications.
Electronic distribution of the IMA monthly newsletter and other e-mail notices are provided by MailChimp. MailChimp collects information on behalf of IMA, and does not disclose it to any party other than IMA.
